RESEARCH

Paediatric Bereavement Care Support and Adaptive Meaning-Making in Bereaved Parents

I am currently seeking participants for my  Professional Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy Studies at the University of Chester.

Are you a bereaved parent of a child (or children) who died before their 18th birthday and have been bereaved at least 12 months; and additionally,  accessed the support of a bereavement team at the time of your child's death.

I am interested in hearing about your experiences of the bereavement care you received when your child died.

Participation will involve a face to face interview lasting approximately one hour in duration.  The interview will ask questions about your experiences of the bereavement care you received when your child died.

Participants need to be sufficiently fluid in English to take part in the interview Process.

If you are currently involved in the Coroner's process you will be unable to take part in this research.

Please get in touch if you are interested in taking part in this study.
